Her womanhood has been removed. This past week Nola had her spay surgery. My poor little pup could hardly walk Friday night. She lay here on her pillow bed from 4:30p until the next morning. She looks so uncomfortable, but still I thought she was so cute. When Mike got home from Golfing with some buddies, she was so excited she just wagged her little tail without moving any other muscle, so he would see she was trying to welcome him home for the day. She also had to have her Dewclaws removed, so she had these super sweet green wraps to protect them for the first day. At least she was pretty drugged up. She looked like she was having a hard time keeping her eyelids open. To top it all off, I noticed that she lost TWO TEETH this same week. So we are having a week of sore thumbs, tummies and new bigger teeth. Hang in there Nola.
