The second day of our Seattle trip we decided to catch a tour of Downtown on the Seattle Ducks. It was a blast, our driver was hilarious and the tour is like a flash back to the top 40 best ever songs that went along with whatever they were talking about. It was so much fun! The buildings downtown all had baskets overflowing with flowers hanging from their walls, I just loved it! They have a stadium much like the Brewers where the roof can open or close, a necessity in the Seattle climate.
We also got to see one of the ships from "The Deadliest Catch" the Horizon. Super cool! (once we had a double date planned with another couple, and got sucked into the marathon, watched like 6 episodes in a row)
Next we checked out Pike's Place Market. It was everything I dreamed it would be. I wish I like the southwest designs for a kitchen, cause I loved these colorful peppers.
And what's Seattle without a little STARBUCKS, my drink of choice...The Vanilla Bean Steamer!
So check out our set of wheels for the trip. Mike was so nice and patient with the lady at Avis, that she upgraded us for free. It pays to be polite! Way to go Mike. (Actually for a so called speedy muscle car, this was pretty crappy, but we looked hot).
